Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
- Return and Refund Eligibility
1.1 Services: Due to the nature of our marketing, website design, and branding services, we generally do not offer refunds once services have been rendered. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will do our best to address and resolve any issues.
1.2 Products: If you purchase a tangible product from us, such as printed materials or branded merchandise, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:
- The product is returned within 15 days of purchase.
- The product is in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Digital products, such as e-books, software, or downloadable content.
- Customized products or services that have been specifically tailored to your requirements.
- Services that have already been completed and delivered.
- Return Process
To initiate a return for eligible products, please follow these steps:
3.1 Contact Us: Email our customer service team at customercare@markeezy.com with your order number, a description of the product, and the reason for the return.
3.2 Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
3.3 Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Refunds
4.1 Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
4.2 Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the product shows signs of use or is not in its original condition).
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at customercare@markeezy.com to arrange the exchange.
- Shipping Costs
6.1 Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6.2 Shipping Damage: If the product was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
- Cancellations
7.1 Service Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a service that has not yet been rendered, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@markeezy.com. We will evaluate your request and determine if a cancellation and refund are possible based on the progress of the service.
7.2 Product Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a product order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
